Commuting Bikes

Often I get asked to build a bike that the customer wants to use for commuting, or a special purpose. It's hard to categorize these frames as I've built them based on many different platforms. Some are 700c road frames with long reach caliper brakes, some are cyclocross frames with cantilever and disc brakes. Some require lots of tire clearance or wide fenders, some for skinny tires. Single speed? Belt drive? Steel? Titanium?
